Explore Red Rock Canyon's Biodiversity

Where: We are meeting at the fee station to the Visitor Center and then traveling to First Creek trail.
Cost: Free

Red Rock Canyon is located in the Mojave Desert, one of the driest and hottest places in North America. Despite the extreme condition, tremendous diversity of life can be found. We will be following First Creek trail through desert scrub to a spring fed waterfall. We will continue to explore this intermitten creek up to the canyon where we will wonder at the many species that can coexist along this trail.
