The seminar provides a forum for scientists and land managers to present and exchange current information about the islands' diverse natural resources. Our goals are to identify critical research and management needs, identify opportunities for collaboration, and strengthen the network of individuals with interest in the islands. Register to attend, present a poster, or obtain more information on the web at http://www.bostonislands.com/manage/biodiversity.html. A $20 preregistration fee ($12 for poster presenters) is payable on-line by credit card. You may also mail a check to: Island Alliance, 408 Atlantic Avenue, Suite 228, Boston MA 02110. Payment on the day of the seminar will be $25. (No credit cards accepted at the door.) Students with a valid ID, free. The registration fee will be used to offset direct costs of the seminar.
