Site Parameters for Initial Mineral N, P, and S

Parameter Description Units Valid Values Default Values
MINERL(1,1) through MINERL(10,1) Initial values for mineral N for layers 1 through 10. Also, see the output variables MINERL(*,1). g m-2 0.0 to 9999.0
MINERL(1,2) through MINERL(10,2) Initial values for mineral P for layers 1 through 10. Also, see the output variables MINERL(*,2). g m-2 0.0 to 9999.0
MINERL(1,3) through MINERL(10,3) Initial values for mineral S for layers 1 through 10. Also, see the output variables MINERL(*,3). g m-2 0.0 to 9999.0
OCCLUD Initial value for occluded P for the entire soil profile. For more information see the description of the submodel for P. g m-2 0.0 to 9999.0
PARENT(1) through PARENT(3) Initial values for N, P, and S, respectively, in soil parent material. For P and S, this value represents the entire soil profile. Currently PARENT(1) is used only to calculate the parent material's contribution to total N (TOTALE(1)). For more information see the description of the submodels for N, P, and S. g m-2 0.0 to 9999.0
SECNDY(1) through SECNDY(3) Initial values for secondary N, P, and S, respectively. For P and S, this value represents the entire soil profile. For more information see the description of the submodels for N, P, and S. g m-2 0.0 to 9999.0
