Native Forest/Vegetation Types

Dominant tree species are Picemari, Betupapy, and Piceglau. Sand density is 3300 trees/ha with basal area at 3.5 m2/ha. At the shrub vegetation layer, also at the subarctic ecoclimatic provine, dominant shrub species are Ledugroe, Alnucris and Salix. Dominant moss species are Clad, Spha, and Peltapth. Dominant herb species are Vaccvitu and Empunigr.

Principal Biome/Ecoregion

Holdridge life zone is boreal moist forest.
